From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its prime location, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and easy access to Alexandria's main attractions. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. The level of professionalism displayed by the team was nothing short of outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, with every corner of the property spotless and well-maintained. It added to the overall luxurious ambiance of the place. My overall stay experience was nothing less than amazing. Whether you're visiting Alexandria for leisure or business, I cannot recommend Le Metropole enough. It combines timeless elegance with modern comforts, making it a truly unforgettable destination.

The atmosphere in the rooftop restaurant was enhanced by a violinist, adding a romantic touch to the evening. I stayed here on my birthday, and the staff made it an incredibly special experience. They prepared a lovely surprise for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I felt like a true princess, and it made the day even more memorable. Overall, a magical stay that combined history, elegance, and personal care. I’d love to return!

We were subsequently upgraded to a much better room and offered a royal breakfast! The hotel offers its guests an awesome tea time with finger food and drinks every day from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in one of its majestic rooms on the first floor. The location is also perfect. As for the sky view restaurant on the fifth floor, it’s an absolute delight. All the staff are exceptional! I believe that the hotel is definitely the best choice in town!
